Wtf is wrong with me. I started fucking crying at party City cos they were out of helium for new orders. Xan asked for 3 things for his bday: party w/ friends, sea creature rings on ?, and dino balloons. 2/3 has to suffice.
They only had helium for March pre-orders she told me. And then the fucker who parked in front of me has to make two trips with all the balloons he ordered. And now he's just left his small child in the van with those balloons to run back into the store for a 3rd trip.
And another trip. Who needs that many?!

The dental school is so slow. In March, my dentist recommended I get a root canal. I didn't have $$, so I came to dental school. Determined finally a couple weeks ago root canal no go and I have to get it extracted. Waiting now, anxiety high.
I wonder if I'd just come through emergency to begin with if I could have saved the tooth, multiple 3-hr appointments, and saved the $200 I've already spent on exams. Ineedto stop trying to be so tough.

And this is confusing. May 30 I applied for an ESL job at this school. I interviewed and did a demo lesson the first week of June. Then I get these emails. I responded to the first email, asking if it was the same position, but never heard anything. Hmm.
I emailed him this morning asking what was up, but he hasn't replied. I doubt he will
X asked to go potty first thing this morning... And his diaper was nearly dry when I took it off. I think if I really focused on it, i'd have a potty trained kid in no time. #x #pottyparty
Boo seemed to potty train overnight. I was lucky because his daycare worked with him when I was working. It probably would have taken us much longer.
I think that has been the secret here, too. Since he got moved to pre-preK at daycare, they work with them on potty training. He's been increasingly more interested. Now, I just need a few days to focus on finalizing potty training!

I've been putting off going to see my aunt again while she was in hospice, but was planning on going this week. I got word this morning that she passed.? She found out a few months ago she had inoperable brain cancer. ?

We went to a kid birthday party last night. Xander was so upset that none of the toys were his. He cried every time I reminded him. He wasn't a brat about it, just sad. Cake & ice cream sorted him out, though! #xman

Met an out of town friend at the vegetarian restaurant, Cafe Gratitude, tonight. Was a little worried X might not like the non-traditional recipes, but he loved the eggplant Parmesan.
I didn't want to spend much, but my friend asked about dessert and x got so excited for "cake". We got a coconut mouse (non dairy coconut cream pie). It was good, but no substitute for the full dairy version.
It all looks delicious!
