Walter has issues. Walter is going to take a trip to get his pockets pinched later this week. This should improve Walter's mood considerably.

I don't blame them for being terrified sometimes. Walter is an owner surrender. So one day your owner shoves you in a carrier, and you get dumped in a cage at the shelter. There are cats everywhere. (For an unfixed male, that's enough right there.) then strangers open your cage everyday and take all your stuff out. You eventually get it back all clean, but this is not something you can trust at first.
