I've been out of the world for a few days because my dad's been in the hospital. Did I miss anything interesting? or good?

It's damn cold! I'm looking forward to Sunday when it's supposed to get all the way up to 40. Dad is feeling better. He had to have emergency back surgery early Wednesday morning and now he's in a lot less pain and can do nifty things like move his legs.

Glad he's on the mend! I told Jason I was going to get out the summer clothes for Sunday. 40 will seem down right balmy!

Yes! After this week, 40 degrees is going to feel amazing. Might have to fling open windows for the fresh air.
