I think she' s guilty, but I think they made the right decision based on fact. I feel the prosecution failed to prove anything beyond circumstance.
Yeah what she said. I think psycho Casey *knows* what happened but the prosecution didn't have enough evidence.
It bothers me that people bring up the fact that she was out partying shortly after. Don't get me wrong, I think she's a fucked up person from a fucked up family, but people handle grief differently and I don't think that proves anything but the fact that she lost her mind at some point.
@chellebabe I think it was the partying in conjunction w/not reporting her missing for a month. Not a doctor obviously but I think she has serious mental health issues. Actually she lacks mental health.
I think it might have turned out differently, if the jury had a different way to go but the death penalty.
