I don't know why, but I'm filled with all kinds of hate and discontent at the moment. So how does one go about saving one from oneself?
I usually just chill out for a few and let myself feel that way for a bit. My mind works through it and i feel better.
Yeah, I usually end up doing that too. These last couple of weeks have been unusually stressful tho. It's not really working like it used to.
A pint of chocolate ice cream and a bottle of beer tends to help me. Maybe if you write it out?
