He is trying to say it was obtained illegally. No warrant. It clearly proves that she was speeding and lied to the officers at the scene. First time seeing the defendant ever and I no longer have anger towards her. I do want her to accept her role in his passing though. She does not seem remorseful to me. But I know she did not intend for it to happen. Still hurts either way.

I hope that she at least is found guilty. They think she may only get 3 months in a detention center or home detention. It is better than just a traffic citation is how I look at it. Thanks for the well wishes. It is hard to even think about yet along talk about it.
