One additional level of discrimination. Friends can be a broad group, trusted friends can be a smaller subset.

Trusting someone is like an extra level of privacy. I mainly post to my friends, but if I have something very personal to post, I'll post it to my trusted friends.

You have friends (following) and super friends (trusted). If you post to trusted friends, only those you select as trusted will see your post.
