Can not sleep. I am not having a good night tonight. Thoughts ra ing through my head. I should have taken a sleeping pill I think. Not good

yea I am up..but i am usually up by this time..okay not 4-ish but by 5 am..yea bad Chinese food :p my tummy hurts :(
