Back in Nov 2 girls were put in alt school for threatening to kill another girl on twitter. One of the moms had their alt sch sentences reduced, moved her child to another sch, and now she is suing the school for $4mil stating her child was embarrassed!
The girls were all in 8th grade. The 2 threateners were cheerleaders, of course lost that honor when this happened. The one whose mom is suing has moved to a diff sch in a diff state! The other came back to school, bit the girl they threatened (yes BIT her! 8th grade!) and was put back in alt sch for 45 days. Now she is back to miss popularity here! The girls were originally given 45 days alt sch and not allowed at any school functions. They got that reduced to 10 days and the ban from functions (games, etc) lifted.
The girl that got bit needs to file assault charges against the girl that bit her. And the constitution & no other law I know of protects you from "embarrassment". Stupid bitch. I hope the judge laughs her & her bully daughter out of the courtroom!!
