I've seen some articles lately about viruses or malware on androids. So I say "yes".

Definitely. How? I don't know, but it can happen. These smart phones all run with scaled-down operating systems. Controls on the apps being what they are, I'd say it's pretty difficult to get a virus, but if you do any rooting/jailbreaking, you're just opening yourself up for it if you don't lock down the root-level account.

from what I've read they sneak in through apps you have downloaded.. not all Apps are reputable.

and of course my phone is an Android =-/ I'm going to do a factory reset, maybe that will make it stop acting a weird... @Opuleez, I have lookout,so I should be ok..... right?? @Webguyatwork, since you chose to use all those big words, I have no idea what your talking about, so I'm guessing I didn't do any of that =-) lol
