Y'ever see this? Teresa's iPhone only plays music (from any app) through earphone jack. Won't play music through built in speakers or through Bluetooth speakers. The volume control buttons also have no effect unless headphones are plugged in to jack.

@Douglasshalfempty, I was thinking along the same lines and did a hard reset and next I think I'm going to try wiping it out and restoring. Feels like a software, not a hardware issue. Regardless, we're getting new phones when the 6 comes out in September. We're both still in 4S's. Grace has a 5.
