I'm a masochist. I like deep tissue. DEEP tissue. I've heard of fibro massages, but I've never had one. Should I go get one & report back to you?

How the hell could you stand a deep tissue massage?! No, no you don't have to do that. Thank you tho:)Te deep tissue has got to hurt during..does it feel good after?

For me it does. It does hurt but the endorphins kick in & it's not so bad. At least for me. I can't do it in the middle of a flare though. I don't get out of bed when I have a flare.
